Team Work

Working within a team (Team Work) is one of the styles and patterns of modern work that is based on the division of tasks and jobs on a group of people who work in the company, which are united by a single goal and a common interest, whereas, all the different skills of the team are exploited and invested in order to serve the organization, and to ensure better results and quality business outcomes. Note that the success of the work team requires many requirements and individual and collective efforts to ensure it is achieved.

 

Team work success factors are as follows:

The team work’s possession of basic management skills, which are directly represented by:

  • Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating, which is the basis for doing various work, regardless of its nature and field.
  • Possessing the ability to plan, which is a fundamental key and an inevitable tool towards achieving the desired objectives, whether these objectives are short, medium, or long term. Whereas, these objectives are precisely defined; the work and tasks are divided among the team; schedules are set for the implementation of each; the means and resources available to ensure the achievement of these objectives are also determined within what the organization possesses at the present time.
  • Understanding the main concepts of strategic management, which is considered one of the administrative methods necessary to work in light of the challenges that organizations and their workers are currently facing.
  • Working in a team spirit that is united by a common interest, and not caring for the personal side in a way that outweighs the concern for the general interest of the organization, through having respect and brotherhood within team members, as well as following the methods of fair competition, and avoiding unethical competition that directly harms the interest of work.
